Marmalang goes well with all kinds of breads. Spread Marmalang on toast or leavened bread. For a better taste, it may be served with cream cheese. Add 1~2 spoons of Gamgyul(ripe tangerine) Marmalang  or Ttanggyul(unripe tangerine) Marmalang to a cup of tea (add some syrup or honey, if preferred). For Pumpkin latté, add some Pumpkin Marmalang to a cup of milk.

 

Marmalang-topped crackers and fruit chips give excellent taste. Make a canapé by adding cheese, fresh fruit, sliced ham, and herbs, with Marmalang. We recommend Gamgyul or Ttanggyul Marmalang for refreshing, Onion Marmalang for savory, and Pepper or Spicy Tomato Marmalang for sweet and spicy. 


Bake a scone or bread filled with Marmalang. Carrot Marmalang-scone is really yummy. Spread Onion Marmalang or Spicy Tomato Marmalang on pizza dough, tortilla, or baguette, and topped with cheese before baking. 


Double Marmalang topping on bread or cracker is mouth-watering and exquisite taste. 

Spicy Tomato Marmalang or Spicy Peper Marmalang is ideal topping for roasted chicken, sausage, and bacon. Instead of ready-made source, add Marmalang to hot-dog or sandwich.
